What’s the difference between Gift Ideas and Gift Experience?
Gift Experience is an upgrade to Gift Ideas because we don’t only share gift ideas with links for purchase, but we manage everything for you: ordering, packaging and delivering the gift. One round of updates/feedback is also included before finally confirming the selected gift.
What is the Gift Concierge service?
Gif Concierge is our fully personalised, premium service. This service offers gifting without limits, from sourcing bespoke jewellery to securing private dining spots or curating rare finds and wow moments. We handle every detail with care, meaning and a touch of magic.
How will I confirm the final gift before it’s ordered?
We’ll first send you the personalised gift ideas and discuss your feedback by email or WhatsApp, depending on your preferred method, so you can review everything at your own pace. If you have any suggestions or changes, we’ll make the necessary adjustments and then confirm your final approval before sending you the payment link for the agreed gift.
Do you mark up the gift prices?
No, you pay the exact retail price and you will have links from the original sources to prove the price.
Can I personalise the gift packaging?
Absolutely. You are welcome to share any preferences for a personalised message, greeting card or packaging during the process and we will ensure these details are included.
Are there any price limits for the gifts?
Yes. For Gift Experience, we typically work with gift budgets under €500. For higher-value gifts, we recommend the Gift Concierge service.
What if I decide not to purchase the final gift after using the Gift Experience?
If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve already delivered your personalised gift recommendations, but before we’ve moved forward with confirming or ordering any gifts, a cancellation fee of €20,95 will apply. The rest of your payment will be refunded to you.
