We curate a wide range of gifts and experiences tailored to your vision. These can range from bespoke jewellery to personalised accessories, private dining, event reservations, travel adventures and more. If you can imagine it, we will try and make it happen.

How is the price of the Gift Concierge service calculated?

The service fee starts from €200 and covers the full concierge experience, including personalised consultations, sourcing exclusive gifts or experiences and premium packaging and delivery. The final fee is tailored based on three key factors:

Time required - how much planning and coordination your request involves.
Complexity - the level of effort needed to source and organise unique or hard-to-find items and experiences.
Customisation - the degree of personalisation and detail involved in curating your gift.

The actual cost of the gifts or experiences is additional and depends on your chosen selections. We’ll always confirm the total cost with you before finalising the order.

Do you sell gifts and experiences directly or work with other providers?

No, we don’t sell gifts or experiences ourselves. We collaborate with trusted providers to bring your vision to life. For especially complex or bespoke requests, we may formalise our agreement with you through a contract to ensure clarity, quality and a smooth process from start to finish.

We invite you to a 1-on-1 session to present initial ideas and dive deeper into your vision. Afterwards, we share a full proposal, including gift options and pricing.

Once you approve the final concept, we confirm both the service and gift costs. After payment (and a signed agreement if needed) we make it all happen: sourcing, coordinating and delivering the gift.

How will I confirm the final gift before it’s ordered?

We’ll first send you the personalised gift ideas and discuss your feedback by email or WhatsApp, depending on your preferred method, so you can review everything at your own pace. If you have any suggestions or changes, we’ll make the necessary adjustments and then confirm your final approval before sending you the payment link for the agreed gift.

Do you mark up the gift prices?

No, you pay the exact retail price and you will have links from the original sources to prove the price.

Can I personalise the gift packaging?

Absolutely. You are welcome to share any preferences for a personalised message, greeting card or packaging during the process and we will ensure these details are included.

Are there any price limits for the gifts?

Yes. For Gift Experience, we typically work with gift budgets under €500. For higher-value gifts, we recommend the Gift Concierge service.

What if I decide not to purchase the final gift after using the Gift Experience?

If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve already delivered your personalised gift recommendations, but before we’ve moved forward with confirming or ordering any gifts, a cancellation fee of €20,95 will apply. The rest of your payment will be refunded to you.
