Does the service fee include the cost of the gift?

No. For both our Gift Experience and Gift Concierge services, the service fee reflects the care and expertise we provide. It covers the thoughtful curation of bespoke gift ideas, the refinement of the selection with you and the arrangement of careful packaging and smooth delivery. The cost of the gift itself is separate and is only settled once the final choice has been confirmed with you.

When do I pay for the gift itself?

With our Gift Experience or Gift Concierge services, we’ll suggest the gifts, you approve your favourite and we’ll send you a payment link for the exact cost. Once paid, we handle the order from start to finish until it reaches you or your recipient based on your confirmed preference.

Do you buy and package the gift for me?

Yes, we order the items or experiences for you, then package everything together in one box with our signature touch and ship it to you or your recipient based on your confirmed preference.

How will I confirm the final gift before it’s ordered?

We’ll first send you the personalised gift ideas and discuss your feedback by email or WhatsApp, depending on your preferred method, so you can review everything at your own pace. If you have any suggestions or changes, we’ll make the necessary adjustments and then confirm your final approval before sending you the payment link for the agreed gift.

Do you mark up the gift prices?

No, you pay the exact retail price and you will have links from the original sources to prove the price.

Can I personalise the gift packaging?

Absolutely. You are welcome to share any preferences for a personalised message, greeting card or packaging during the process and we will ensure these details are included.

Are there any price limits for the gifts?

Yes. For Gift Experience, we typically work with gift budgets under €500. For higher-value gifts, we recommend the Gift Concierge service.

What if I decide not to purchase the final gift after using the Gift Experience?

If you decide to cancel your order after we’ve already delivered your personalised gift recommendations, but before we’ve moved forward with confirming or ordering any gifts, a cancellation fee of €20,95 will apply. The rest of your payment will be refunded to you.
